Vargur and Mach are both great, I personally take the Vargur over the Mach, has more tank so I feel more secure and the tractor range bonus is very useful.

Your Nanoblastos can be out dpsed by Vindi, Mach, Nightmare, Paladin, Abaddon, Arma(maybe), Mega, Dominix, Typhoon, Vargur, Kronos, and Golem. Edit: I agree with Liang, Talos is very underpowered ship.

I can fly every cruiser in the game bar hictors, and yes they are extremely versatile if you have the isk and skills, for PVP I fly Cane and Croozers only cause they are that fun.
